Enjoy the progressive curriculum consisting of: QiGong to live the seasons fully, Tai-Chi foundation principles, Four Directions Five Elements Tai-Chi, Old Yang Tai-Chi (section 1 of the long form), and as of 2019, the most practiced form in the world, the Yang 24 form. Suitable to beginners, and exciting for seasoned practitioners! We run 3 sessions of 10 to 12 classes every year: in the fall, winter, and spring/summer. |

Private Lessons Might Be Just What You Need!
Patricia offers private and semi-private lessons in Kitchener-Waterloo, from her Kitchener home studio (near Victoria Park), at your home or somewhere convenient to you. Days and times can vary according to availability, but are mainly on Monday afternoon and early evening, and on Wednesday. Ask for other options if these are not suitable to your agenda.
People with health challenges can benefit from a tailored program, to help them function better. Issues Patricia is helping with include knee pain, back pain, chronic pain, MS, balance, etc.
Private lessons are also a great way to start with Tai-Chi, or to go deeper into a specific aspect of your Tai-Chi study. Currently, Patricia is privately teaching the Yang 24, and parts of the 5-Section curriculum from Sam Masich.
Rates: One or two persons: $60. Three or four persons: $84. Add a travelling fee of $10 when at your place - incl. HST

Custom Programs and Workplace Sessions
Patricia offers custom programs and can come to your workplace to teach Tai-Chi and QiGong, to give workshops, lunch & learn sessions, as well as to give Shiatsu massage.

- Tai-Chi for Wilfried Laurier University music students: 4 classes every term during a French Horn Master class.
- Workshops and Tai-Chi classes at THEMUSEUM in Kitchener during a special exhibit of Chinese carvings.
- Yearly staff reward day at THEMUSEUM, with 20 min. Shiatsu massage per person.
- Workshops at the Perimeter Institute in Waterloo, during a month for mental health awareness, featuring our "Five Emotions" workshop that leverages TCM's understanding of mind/body connection, QiGong, and Mindfulness.
- Two months of Tai-Chi at the Perimeter Institute, with a weekly lunch hour Tai-Chi class.
- Tai-Chi lunch time classes at Waterloo North Hydro, and Kitchener Wilmot Hydro
